8.     DISCUSSION ROUTE 202 – ROAD DIET
Decision Required: None.

The State Highway Administration is proposing some potential changes to the roadway patterns from the Baltimore-Washington Parkway Bridge on Route 202 to Annapolis Road Route 450.  The idea is to incorporate the proposed changes during the repaving process, which is scheduled for this summer.

9.      DISCUSSION FY18 OPERATING BUDGET AND C.I.P.
Decision Required: None.

The Mayor and Town Council have been working on the FY18 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program since January and are moving toward passage at the June 8th Town Meeting.

10.    INTRODUCTION O-2-17 AMENDING THE PERSONNEL SECTION
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.

The current Town Code is not in sync with the Federal regulations regarding Military pay for employees that are in the reserves or active duty.  This amendment will bring the Town Code into compliance.

11.     INTRODUCTION OF O-B-18 INTRODUCING THE FY18 BUDGET & CIP
Decision Required: Whether to move to adoption.

The Mayor and Town Council have been working on the FY18 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program since January and are moving toward passage at the June 8th Town Meeting.  This is a non-codified ordinance as required by the State of Maryland to adopt the Town’s FY18 Budget.
